At this special wine and food fair, professional chefs gather, some with Michelin star, and sumilliers to make different demonstrations and pairings. They are all gathered in a specific room calledKing’s Buffets .

In this year we give a greater protagonism to our room, more visibility and attraction for the visitors. Visit us at the inauguration of the mayor of Torremolinos, We offer once again our novel buffets of the modular series. A new concept in manufacturing of high quality and with new materials, but of standard production to get a more affordable price for any type of establishment.Mobile and very light weight, for use in breakfast, brunchs, coffee breaks and more.

  • Show Cooking Mini , mobile, incorporating smoke extraction system by side collectors. It is ideal for when you can not make a smoke extraction by upper bell and is also very versatile to offer in different places and for other brunch services or events.

They cooked in our show cooking, renowned chefs such as Abraham Garrote, Samuel Perea , chef – president and founder of the NGO “Cooking for Peace”, once again, our gastronomic adviser of. Sergio Garrido and Alfonso Esquinas, best chef award Jaén in the previous year, among others.

  • We repeat with our Sushi & Salad Bar , Basic model. The solution to prepare and present sushi, canapés, salads and even cocktails. This model is mobile and of small size, it is connected to a simple electrical outlet of 220 V and if you want as an option, it will not require water supply and drainage. It has two heights, a lower interior for the preparation area and another one High for customer exposure.

In this first edition the following specific buffets were presented:

  • Show cooking, Modern type , with a sophisticated style, mobile, small size and its cooking equipment built into the countertop, with areas of heat at the ends either to present what is cooked or to make a trough in front of the customer. We incorporate in this design, RGB LED decorative lights with remote control.
    They cooked in our show cooking, important chefs like Jose Carlos Garcia , star Michelín and Diego Gallegos , gastronomic advisor of the Riofrío caviar.
  • And, a buffet called Sushi & Salad Bar , Basic model . The solution to prepare and present sushi, canapés, salads and even cocktails. This model is mobile and small, connects to a simple electrical outlet of 220 V and if you want as an option, it will not require water supply and drainage.
    It has two heights, a lower interior for the preparation area and a higher one for the exhibition in front of the client.

This buffet was premiered at the event, the renowned sushiman from Malaga, Benjamín de la Mata .
