This charming family hotel has 58 rooms and is located in Agadir (Morocco), was one of the first to bet on our buffets of the modular series.

It has been almost 6 years since the prototype was launched in this hotel carrying out the installation of a total of 4 mobile buffets: one cold for appetizers and salads, one hot and neutral for soup, one cold – neutral for desserts and another only neutral for loaves and auxiliary machinery of the client. These buffets are used daily in breakfast and dinner service mainly.

Thanks to them and their involvement at all times from a distance, their experience, recommendations and the use applied in this range of buffets, we have been able to do all the relevant tests throughout these years and, consequently, they have been made since then. the possible improvements, in terms of reinforced structures, consumption, material resistance and improved cold and heat technology.

After this long period of continuous testing, now we can say that this new modular buffet series has been a success.
