There can be two different types of wine cellars or bars:
- Classic service wine cellar. This service is always attended by waiters, with a spacious fully equipped interior area for bottled drinks which are served at the table. In addition, there is also a show area for freshly prepared natural juices and cocktails made in front of the client.
- Mixed service wine cellar. This service includes an interior space where a waiter serves bottled drinks but also with self-service taps where the customer can freely serve themselves. These wine cellars are ideal for All Inclusive Hotels.
