This emblematic and modern Hotel of Granada, which has 367 rooms, has updated its buffet equipment in one of its two restaurants designed to provide this service.
Although shortly, they are going to redecorate the space and do a bell installation to offer show cooking service as well, they have decided to start up the hot and cold buffet, due to the high occupancy they have and the large groups to whom they have to attend
The delivery and installation has been very simple, and in a matter of 1 hour the change was made, with the hotel full.
The customers had breakfast at the old buffets and were able to enjoy the new machinery at the next service.
The models of buffets chosen have been from the F Series. It has a large show cooking cantilever, with the hot integrated symmetrically on both sides and a cold central buffet of double gastronorm capacity for soups, cold starters and desserts.
The buffets are mobile and in the case of cold it is foreseen to locate it in different places of the room, depending on the occupation that they have.
With this new installation, undoubtedly, the service has improved, the presentation, the cold and heat capacities have been extended, live cooking will be offered and queue traffic has been solved and waiting for its customers.
