King’s Buffets at the US consulate of Barcelona 2009

This is undoubtedly one of the most curious events in which we have participated. It offered an event dedicated to everything related to Asian restoration and in a spectacular setting, such as the gardens of the United States Consulate in Barcelona.
It was organized by the company Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, through Comimport, distributor of its specific foods for this market of Asian restoration here in Spain. And we, of course, having a specific product for sushis, decided not to miss and collaborate by giving up our Buffet Sushi & Salad Bar, Basic model . The solution to prepare and present sushi, canapés, salads and even cocktails. This model is mobile and small, connects to a simple electrical outlet of 220 V and if you want as an option, it will not require water supply and drainage.
It has two heights, a lower interior for the preparation area and a higher one for the exhibition in front of the client.
This event was attended by hundreds of Asian restaurant owners, and who better to do the demonstrations in our buffet than chef Xavier Pellicer , two Michelin stars.
Also present were the former President of the Generalitat, D. Pasqual Maragall and the US Consul himself, Mr. Todd Robinson .
