King's Buffets has created a group of show cooking stations with everything one needs to prepare sushi and other specialties in view of the diners and present it in the most attractive and hygienic way.
With the Sushi & Salad Bar Olimpic buffet station you will have a kitchen stand and a display unit ready to be used for celebrations, banquets, brunches or even for daily use as a themed area in your Hotel dining room.
It is ideal for Asian restaurants as one of their main furnishings.
This exclusive model has reasonably reduced dimensions and therefore can be put and moved to wherever you wish. It simply connects to a simple electrical outlet of 220 V with the option if desired, of not requiring the supply of water and drainage.
It has two different heights, a lower interior area for the preparation and a higher one for the display of the food in front of the customer.
It is made up of the following elements: sneeze guard in mounted glass with a lighting system, cold frost granite for the display area, decorative led lighting system, glass worktop, washbasin (optional with separate water and drainage), electric tap, embedded and removable cutting boards for 2 workstations, complete work area manufactured in stainless steel with power socket for rice cooker or other cooking equipment, opening cabinet doors, removable waste container with recycling separators, refrigerated chambers or drawers, Gastronorm cold wells, wheels and levelling brakes.
We must also highlight that this buffet station also stands out thanks to its low energy consumption.
It has exactly the same features as the Basic model but it is larger in length thanks to its sophisticated design at the ends which are curved.
There is another more renovated model, from the Modular Series.
