AIR CURTAIN AGAINST – INSECTS AND BACTERIA WITH OZONE
A worldwide novelty avoided in outdoor buffets, such as hotels in beach areas, those of social clubs of golf courses or any establishment of warm areas.
The system, with patent of invention of the United States, consists of a sheet of air that creates a protective barrier around the food exposed in the buffet. The air reaches the buffet through stainless steel pipes from the generating unit.
The air curtain is electronically regulated with speed variator to prevent the passage of all types of insects and bacteria. The quality of the purified and ozonated air is the same as that of the air used in the operating rooms and is therefore free from all types of germs.
This system is optional and can be installed on most King’s Buffets.
