In this edition of the International Tourism Fair, we decided to collaborate by exposing our novel Sushi & Salad Bar Buffet , Basic model. The solution to prepare and present sushi, canapés, salads and even cocktails. This model is mobile and small, connects to a simple electrical outlet of 220 V and if you want as an option, it will not require water supply and drainage.
It has two heights, a lower interior for the preparation area and a higher one for the exhibition in front of the client.
We were offering throughout the edition the sushis elaborated to the moment with the collaboration also of our Sushiman, Koi.

In this first edition of the International Tourism Fair and cooperation between hoteliers from South America and the Costa del Sol, we present ourselves collaborating with two very specific buffets: the Design World Series Buffet, patented worldwide and special for breakfasts, measures 3600 Mm long with cold worktop and contact heat. A very compact buffet with all services supported by a single foot, mobile.
And an exclusive model of show cooking in the English style called Carvery with special zone to make carving.
Catering for all guests was offered.
