It is a satisfaction for us to deal with small family hotels that become great friends. We love managing a project from scratch, grasping the real needs and giving the optimal advice and solution to get it going, especially when it comes to changing the concept completely, going from giving a menu service to a buffet and cook to live.
Hotel Piñeiro is a family hotel with 50 rooms located on the beach of La Lanzada, between the town center and famous beaches of Sanxenxo and the tourist-sailor village of O Grove, province of Pontevedra.
This year they decided to bet on this new system for them and open next Holy Thursday, April 18. The option chosen for the design of these buffets has been that of the Z Series and they have a cold central buffet for starters and desserts and a small show cooking with all the hot services integrated.
King’s Buffets has put all their efforts and has made these buffets with the maximum speed to make the delivery before the deadline, so that they can make the shooting with enough time and practice on the presentation and variety that they will give as well as the different types of containers that they will use.
A week ago we already made the delivery and start-up in a matter of 30 minutes, we coordinated so that the trailer and the crane coincided to make the download, from the street and in a strategic place so as not to make messes or have to pass or step on The hotel garden was the best access we had. We released it on the terrace and easily shot it to the restaurant. Right there, we coordinated for the hotel operators make the installations on the fly and connect them to test them.
In addition to leaving them in test for hours to examine the performance, we stayed for three days with them to give them all the love they deserve and be able to solve all their doubts, as well as manage the new presentation with new recipients, amounts to serve depending on the number of clients that have in the next season, strategies and prevalence of our technology to give the different services of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We leave you with some photos of this whole unloading and commissioning maneuver, but we promise to send you more as soon as you finish preparing the restaurant with new furniture and the hotel is in operation.
Many thanks to the Piñeiro family for having King’s Buffets in this new journey. We wish you the greatest success.
