The Silken hotel group, taking advantage of the beginning of the April 2024 Fair, has inaugurated its new buffets at the Silken Al-Andalus Hotel in Seville.
The renovation of the restaurant has resulted in a spectacular central buffet of our successful double-capacity F Series, six and a half meters long with wheels, very complete and comprehensive with all services: soups, cold and hot starters, cold for desserts and ice cream, with neutral and hot plates under each zone respectively.
It is accompanied by a buffet almost twelve meters long with a show cooking area that it did not have before, with more expanded cold areas for juices, fruits and BIO foods and they have added more neutral furniture for coffees, pastries, breads and toasters.
Both pieces of furniture have LED lighting and a design that matches the decoration of the room.
The result could not have been more satisfactory both professionally and personally. We want to thank Silken Hotels for having trusted King’s Buffets to carry out this project that is so attractive to us. A large-capacity family hotel in Andalusia that has 623 rooms, a space of 15,000 m2 and capable of serving more than 1,200 breakfasts and dinners daily.
