The MedPlaya Hotel chain has carried out a comprehensive renovation in the common areas (reception, cafeteria and restaurant expansion) of the Hotel Bali, with new equipment and improved facilities. All work executed in record time, less than 2 months.

As we announced on our social networks and with a spectacular result, this is how the new buffet and showcooking installation turned out, with a different and modern but functional and versatile concept, with new presentations, materials and technology.

The new King’s Buffets installation consists of two central cold buffets of the F Series with a frosted cold system, this time, with Dekton countertops and the anti-fog protection system and luminaire with steel structures hanging from the ceiling, leaving the countertops clear. for greater hygiene, transparency and versatility in food presentation. The show cooking, 18 meters long, offers different cooking areas and themes (international, Italian and wok), carving area and four hot display areas, as well as soups. Likewise, everything is open plan and with heating lights hanging from the ceiling and all the furniture is backlit. In addition, the restaurant has a bar-cellar bar area and four areas for bread, toasters, liquids and a dismantling area.
